How to register a place
Claire asks all participants to complete a Registration/Health Screening Form. Don't worry, it is nothing to be concerned about. Remember that for most people exercise does NOT pose a problem, and this form is designed to enable Claire to identify the small number of people for whom physical activity may not be appropriate.
Please give details in the spaces provided on the form if you have any pre-existing injuries eg knee, back pain. Claire is happy to accommodate you and give alternative exercises should this be necessary, so your workout stays safe and effective.

- Complete the registration form and email it back to claire@mummiesandbuggies.co.uk
(Instructions on how to do this are listed at the top of the form once you have opened it. Don't forget, you'll need to SAVE the file on your computer, then email it back as a file attachment.)
- Print out the registration form and bring it along with you to your first class. (Please arrive a few minutes early to your first class to enable Claire time to look through it and clarify information if necessary.)
If you're emailing Registration Form through, once it has been received, Claire will then contact you to confirm your place on your chosen class.
