• CYQ Level 3 Personal Trainer
• CYQ Level 3 Ante/Postnatal Instructor
• CYQ Level 3 Pilates Instructor
• CYQ Level 2 Gym Instructor
• CYQ Level 2 Exercise to Music Instructor
• CYQ Level 2 Circuit Training Instructor

Claire attends regular workshops and training days to update her skills, obtain new ideas for her classes, network with other Ante/Postnatal instructors, and maintain her membership with following fitness organisations:
